Relaxed – Motivated – Energised – Inspired


The training programme has been designed to provide the perfect balance between intense training and relaxation.

The week will be both physically demanding as well as physically and mentally rewarding. You will receive a fantastic mix of strength training, cardiovascular sessions and flexibility work that will leave you feeling highly motivated, mentally and physically energised and seriously inspired to continue once you’re home.

A key element is training outdoors in inspiring surroundings. Experience stunning views during our mountain and beach bootcamps, fantastic sunrises and sunsets at our stretch and sculpt classes and the unique outdoor training setting of our primal strength classes.

Each morning before breakfast we start the day with either 45mins of mobility and core exercises.

We utilise a mix of dynamic, static and movement based stretching along with the use of self myofascial release techniques to prepare your body for the day ahead.

Occasionally we change this session to focus on running/walking including Hill Sprints.

Each session is either finished with a core or glute routine that will have you begging for your breakfast!

The energy and atmosphere at our bootcamp sessions are second to none.  The views from the mountain are insane, jaw dropping and the inspiration you need to get through a gruelling workout.

The key emphasis with this session is to use the outdoors as much as possible as our gym equipment. Expect to be lifting logs, carrying and throwing stones, utilising benches and trees, and of course running/walking up hills.

We also take with us various pieces of equipment to use while we are there including TRX’s, Power-bags, Ropes, Kettle-bells and more.

Primal Strength focuses on combining big compound strength movements with callisthenic exercises.

These classes take place on site at the villa.

With seriously experienced and knowledgeable coaches at our disposal and a fantastic array of equipment available these sessions have lots of options for every-one of all levels.

Expect to be squatting, deadlifting, perfecting your pull-up, nailing your overhead press, performing single arm and single leg exercises and trying out training methods and drills you will have never experienced before.
