100% yes, you will be training 2-3 times per day while eating a fantastically well balanced high protein diet your chances of losing weight during the week are likely. The goal of our retreat though is to help you to find a way to continue to progress once home. The retreat can be a great kickstart for you to build on.

Yes we cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarians and food allergies. We fully expect to have a wide mix of requirements to cater for. If you are however a fussy eater this probably isn’t the retreat for you. We encourage our guests to try new foods.
