We began in 2017 out of a passion to offer our clients the ultimate fitness experience in the most unique of settings.  It is our mission to provide our guests with an inspiring and highly motivating experience that will leave them feeling energised and relaxed.  Our objective is to see you achieve more than you thought you were capable of, provide you with memories that will last a lifetime and give you the knowledge needed to help you to continue to succeed on your health and fitness journey once home.  We are not a weight loss camp, there are no supplements and you will not be weighed.  We eat real, healthy, tasty food, beautifully prepared.  We offer 2-3 expertly coached training sessions every day, all different, challenging and fun.  We allow you time to relax and unwind from the stresses of every day life.  If you are passionate about your exercise, training outdoors, learning new skills, eating fantastic food, meeting like minded people and experiencing a ‘fitness holiday’ at its best then look no further.

Award Winning Trainers..

Our passionate team of trainers come from the award winning PT facility Barry Stephen Personal Training in Aberdeen. Head trainer Barry and his team have put together a varied programme of strength work, circuit training, cardiovascular sessions, flexibility classes and more. All the trainers are experienced, highly skilled and passionate about helping others. Along side the training they will also provide you with the best nutritional advice giving you the ultimate fitness retreat experience.

Fresh Local Produce..

Our chef Analiese works as a full time private chef in Granada, having previously worked in Barcelona. She has great experience in preparing the finest of meals for special events, retreats, dinner parties, weddings and festivals. Our previous guests have all left the highest of praise to Analiese and the food she prepared. Her menu is exciting, healthy and flavoursome. Part of the UFR experience is tasting fantastically enjoyable but healthy food. You will not be disappointed.
